6. Orders and Order Confirmation

After checkout, you may receive an automated order acknowledgement by email. An acknowledgement confirms that your order details have been received; it does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted for fulfilment.

If we accept your order, we will proceed with processing it. If we cannot fulfil it, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order, subject to applicable law.

7. Payment Terms

OfferBoxa currently accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless we expressly introduce it and display that option at checkout.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers made available on the website.

By making a payment, you agree to comply with the applicable terms of the payment provider. We do not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card credentials when payment processing is handled by an external provider.

An order may not be processed until the payment provider confirms successful payment. If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. We will investigate and coordinate a resolution as appropriate.

We will not ask you to share your payment password, card PIN, banking OTP, or other confidential authentication credentials by email or phone.

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation may depend on the stage of processing:

  • Before processing begins: We will consider the cancellation request and, where accepted, arrange the applicable refund.
  • After production, printing, assembly, or dispatch preparation begins: Cancellation may be more difficult, particularly for made-to-order or personalized products.
  • After dispatch: The request may need to be handled under the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Any restrictions relating to made-to-order or personalized products will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. They will not remove remedies available for defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and arrange any refund due in accordance with applicable law.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We currently aim to process orders within 1–3 business days and provide an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Additional time may be required for remote, rural, hilly, difficult-to-access, or courier-limited locations, as well as during public holidays, severe weather, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery estimates may also vary by product, destination, courier service, and order volume.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, failed delivery, or additional courier charges where applicable.

Tracking information may be provided when supported by the courier service. A tracking status may take time to update after dispatch.

10. Delivery Issues, Damaged Products, and Incorrect Orders
